STRAND Recruitment specialise in recruitment for accountancy, HR, insurance and office support. We suggested that they should try using Facebook Advertising as a way to fill a position alongside their usual methods as we have had good success with Recruitment adverts in the past.
The role was a Telesales Executive position and the advert was to be posted in Leeds and Bradford to people aged between 19-26. Once we had all this information and STRAND’s branding we were all set to go and created an exciting and inviting graphic to be used.
Through Facebook we were able to target the specific sectors necessary to gain the best results for the advert. Our advert reached over 24,000 people in just 6 days and had 504 link clicks to the job application page on STRAND’s website meaning each click only cost £0.16.
Overall five candidates were interviewed for the post two of which saw the Facebook advert. One of the candidates who saw the Facebook advert ended up being the successful applicant meaning STRAND gained a placement fee of £1500, which gave them a 400% return of investment.
