Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis and causes joint pain, swelling and difficulties with day to day activities.
As part of a large multi-centre study, researchers from The University of Leeds are looking at a treatment to reduce the symptoms of knee pain. With an online form for people to fill out and clinical trials at Chapel Allerton Hospital, Creaky Knees are really trying to support people with Osteoarthritis so that the many people with the condition can control it with ease.
Here at Your Story we have helped spread the word on social media, creating a Facebook page and gaining a following to raise awareness of Arthritis and encourage people that have creaky joints to take the questionnaire and find a solution to their problem.
We created a video to give people an insight into what sort of things to be looking out for and how to get help.
